Sheffield six piece The Seamonsters show promise on their debut.

Beginning and ending with an extremely catchy synth line, Lost (and Found) is the first official release from Sheffield based indie-pop six-piece The Seamonsters. It’s always good when you can actually here the singer’s accent in a recording, and from the beginning you can hear Naomi’s slight Sheff twang.

The track kicks up a gear for the chorus, with the guitar riff sounding almost Catfish-y without being too overpowering in the mix.

For a debut single, Lost (and Found) is excellent, and very, very catchy.
